*Note: You will probably get an error about the game needing to run in software mode.
The issue is with modern graphics card/driver setup that can't support 8-bit palletized textures,
so Metal Gear Solid's engine falls back to software mode.
Just restart the game, and it should load up normally, in software mode (makes the game look like the Playstation 1 version)*
